Problem with getting my soundfont to LMMS

Hi, i have a problem with getting my newly downloaded soundfont (SGM-V2.01.sf) from https://musical-artifacts.com/artifacts/855.
I downloaded LMMS version 1.2.1 on windows 10 and i can't get it into LMMS.
I dont think it is a problem with the computer or program, just me lacking on skills.
Can anyone give me a "guide"

First make sure its a sf2 Lmms does not natively support sfz, yet
You can however use sfz through embedding in Plogue sforzando
