I just made my first beat and I’m happy with it but it’s around 6 minutes long because there is close to 100 extra bars after it’s done. I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find any tool to remove these in the song editor like there is in the baseline editor. I’m quite new to this software, any help would be appreciated

There is no need to delete them. You can export from a loop region you've selected.

No its just that you expect that your song stops automatically, it does not. The playhead in song-editor continue to move, unless you have used loop-marker
Ones you export, you have several options, where loop-markers also can be used
