What i think you have trouble with is the placement of one ore several finishing notes, that stretches into the adjacent bar to the right(?), i'm manking a beat, but in the piano roll i can't complete, because of if i complete, the melody is more long
The reason for that problem is the time-signature
You should be able to find a time-signature, that fits the number of notes in one bar
