RemoteVSTPlugin.exe does not work when loading VST instruments

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
Hello!
I have an issue with one of the features of this program. The "RemoteVSTPlugin.exe" Freezes up and crashes when I am loading a VST instrument or an effect. I use both 64-bit and 32-bit plugins and they both have similar problems. What could be the issue? Is it my local settings which I had recently changed that could be interfering with the programs? Thank you for reading.
-Carlos
P.S Edit. I had forgot to mention that I am using Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.
Which version of lmms are you running ?
Which plugins are you trying to load ?

Sorry for the long delay, I had other stuff to attend to. Well the version is the one I have downloaded from the main website a month ago. Here is the version:
"Version 1.1.3 (win32/x86_64,Qt 4.8.7, GCC 4.9.3 20150305 (prerelease))"
Windows 7 64bit
I tried to load Drumcore free version and IK Multimedia Amplitube 3. They are both 32 bit plugins.
Drumcore is a vst instrument.
Amplitube is a vst effect (Virtual guitar amp)
ok, what i would like you to try is to follow the instructions here:
https://lmms.io/documentation/Working_with_VSTs
and get synth1 working (after all you wont be sorry having synth1 -its superb
If you still have the problem, and synth1 wont load, then something is wrong. -If synth1 loads saves and opens, then its the vst's that are in-compatible,alas :(
Aw. The VSTs are not compatible. I like this program because it is simple to use, and also powerful enough to match the features of other DAWs. But, I cannot live without these VSTs. They are really awesome to work with. 8-) Thanks for the help, but sorry for I am going to switch back to REAPER.
going to switch back to REAPER.
perhaps there will be extended support for vsts in next release, so you can keep your self informed, and try then
