there is no sound! does anyone know how to fix this?
That depends.
You may be using a instrument-stub, without a real instrument (patman, SF2 Vestige)
Or you may not have a sound-backend defined.
First try a
factory-preset
Go to
Sidebar |my presets| TrippleOSC| Rough
Rightclick and choose
send-to-songeditor
The instrument will look like this
If you dont see the UI, click on the button in song-editor with the preset-name -Here
Rough!
Now press notes on the UI key-board
If that does not make sound, then you have a back-end-issue
