Well you can check out Cymatics they're pretty good and have a lot of free sample packs too (they are mostly for Trap & EDM)

If you write electronic music, ProducerHive made this list of free sample pack websites... it's a decent starting point if you're on a budget. (just because they're free doesn't mean they aren't good though.. I really dig a lot of the free Cymatics packs)
