Low quality

I have a problem with the sound quality, I have a realtek high definition sound card on board, I don't know if it affects the quality of my sound but I feel it is of low quality, what do you recommend? or what can i do in the LMMS settings? Thanks

Its not really lmms-related. The HW options are infinitive..
You can get a usb-'sc' ~ 15 € and you can get a box of gold for 1500 € + 🤑
Just do a google on external soundcards or sounddevice there are 100'ds

In the realtek cards options, is the loudness equalisation box checked?

I loved using LMMS on Linux (Lubuntu) but was also having sound quality problems too with my Realtek card---I figured it was a driver issue. So I changed to Windows 10 and it seems fine. Are you on Linux or Windows?

The question is what exactly you mean by "low quality".
Different issues have different causes, you should describe the problem more specifically.
