Hello my name is andrew and me and my sister wants to know if we can make money legally with this program? like if i made a hit song with lmms and put it on itunes, would people who owned lmms sue me? im not in it for the money or to get rich quick, i just want to know if its ok to make a living off of songs made with this before me and my sister put the effort into making music just to find out we cant.

Yes, its perfectly legal to sell works that do not contain any intellectual property that are made with LMMS. Nobody will sue you.

buuuut as i once (mildly humorous) mentioned :
When you make the deposit for your Pharrari testosterone rosetta (or what the c*** its called) LMMS team would love a donation :P

It's perfectly legal provided you make sure that any samples you use are royalty free...but it sure ain't easy.
