I was wondering if it is possible to have ghost notes to see the notes that are in the scale.

You are mentioning two different concepts
Ghostnotes are painted positions of one block-content in all other blocks. That is yet not part of off. 1.2.2
It will be in next release.

Scale-enhancement is markings, that shows all notes in a scale, in all blocks. That is a feature in LMMS!
