LMMS keeps freezing on 'Preparing UI'

For the last several days, LMMS has been freezing every time I try to start it up. It freezes when the text reading: 'Preparing UI' appearing on the startup page. It does this before a message pops up stating that the program is unresponsive. I try to close out the program, but it will only do so if I shut down my computer/unplug it. I've tried reinstalling the latest version of the program and the 64-bit version, but nothing seems to work. By the way, I use the Windows version. Help!

When you un-install LMMS you need to look for a file called the-dot-file because it got a '.' in its name
.lmmsrc.xml
It is in:
C:\Users\<Username>\
That file is a system-file, and you 'cant' delete it, but you can move it to a different folder!
Try and do that, then reboot.

*download a fresh new installation-pack either x32 or x64 of
LMMS 1.3

Back-up your own stuff!
*re-install as administrator and grant all users access
Start LMMS
