i used in my music built in "C* Plate2x2 - Versatile plate reverb, stereo inputs" effect on GPL license. Can I upload this music to youtube (with screen recording) on CC BY SA license?
When you make a new track
yourself -Eg not a remix or remake of something, but everything is by YOU, then this track belongs to YOU. The licensed elements in LMMS are to be understood as 'RAW' un-edited, meaning that you cant reuse only one licensed element, or resell any element, as your own, but all derivative work belongs to YOU, and you are free to licence your own work as you like
