neaa.. there are free graphic programs for that.
I would not wote for it, and the stahdpoint on this i fear would slide to 'no', simply because we want LMMS to be a core DAW, so things like video and graphical extensions, would emediately end up deeeeep down the priority tree.

Yeah, LMMS is a program for music, not graphic art.
