Exporting MIDI from a single track

So I've been recreating a song in MIDI and my project area is really cluttered. I'm trying to figure out how the heck I can export MIDI from only one single track. I know you can export audio tracks by just muting the ones you don't want but that doesn't work with MIDI. Is there any way I can take that one track and import it into a new, clean project?

Yes!
You can simply move-copy the whole track with all motes from one project to a new empty, ao an existing project:
