Maybe I should just have one topic, were I post my latest noise.

I do not know, what to call this. That piano part, hmmm ?
Feedback needed.

But here it is, happydays.
The piano part, reminds me of a very old song named like this, I do not know why though. its not like that song at all.
But it gave me a name for my song.

How do I make something so beautifull ?
Cheat and use udacity..... :P

There is one synth sound though, were I think zunaddsubFX will fit perfectly.
i'm not sure i understood everything you said but i think you can try Piano One VSTi, currently #1 FREE Instrument on KVRaudio
get it here http://download.cnet.com/Piano-One-for- ... 92498.html
you start very nice -i like it
then it become 'stacatolike' -its as if all instruments are competing for the 'space'. I think a much slower played lead, with longer notes, could improve it. Also a sections where it changes -a 'breakdown' could work, something to change pace and feel.
Thank you guys. Longer notes, hmm that's prob what I dont like about it. Not a real melody so to say.
That piano vst sounds good, thank you ( and works on Linux too ) :)
Glad you liked it :_

I had for reasons I do not understand too many tracks. The stacking was however also meant to be a buildup.
Deleted two.

About the competing for space, and after already using longer notes all over the song, there is progress.
Finally have a somewhat slower over all bassline. which goes nice with the arpeggio.
I had some thoughts about biscaya, and why that piece form sheet music, sounds better.
I am not talking about the quality of my composition, but the rest, the mix of used instruments.
Making great progress. I now have at least two leads which sound good. I at least like them myself, unlike before.

The problem I had with that arpeggio is too funny not to mention.

When I exported to .wav there was this weird loud note at the start of the song.

To fix this I had moved the start of that note slightly to the right.
Although this fixed the problem, it brought a new one.
That arpeggio out of sync with my beat LOL.
