Got kind of a retro-style tune with lots of samples from TV programs about the early internet. This was both really fun and really frustrating to make. I like how it came out though. Let me know what you think! I think it might be a little too loud.

I like it a lot too, this is perfectly the genre of what I like. I thank you for that moment.
I was surprised because I'm currently working on a similar project than yours (with samples and stuff), yet, on the "dark side"
On what I could say for improvement, yeah, I think the middle is too loud and I had to suddenly change my volume (when there's this screeching noise). The voices also. Perhaps 1/3 less, they are distracting from the music and from my opinion should be in the background (perhaps, altering the volume when the rest goes up so they don't get lost).
Now, my personal feeling : you could alter the end of the song at 3:00 to make it suddenly more punchy and pumping, keeping the same melody.
It's funny, because what I say is that's what I'm currently thinking about (the second part of my tune). You may check my draft there (but no promotion here)
