LMMS comes preinstalled on Teslas?

I'm surprised there's no mention anywhere online of this fact already (that I can find, anyway), but apparently the "Trax" music-making app that Tesla has provided as part of its cars' entertainment system since late 2019 is a fork of lmms.
The branch can be found here, with several interesting commits by a Tesla employee referencing the project codename "TeslaBeats":

Was anyone here already aware this was a thing?

It was not a surprise. I spoke to Veratil yesterday, and he says that it has been known since 2020. Apparently there is nothing special in the tesla-distro.

How can it be possible?
Is it available all over the world or LMMS is only for USA market?

It's open source, so it's available to everyone. I'd hazard a guess that the majority of LMMS users live outside the US.
