Question about the Arpeggio function

I've got a bass arpeggiation (is that a word?) in mind that I want to use, and I'd like to use the arpeggio function in the chord stacking/arpeggio tab (using TripleOscillator). I'm having trouble, though, getting the tempo right as the "time" knob is counted in ms (milliseconds I'm assuming). Is there some kind of ms/bps conversion I'm not aware of?

If you dont know it, i guess you kind of not aware...
Right-click the dial
Choose
Temop sync
You get options for 8-note to 1/32, and even a
'Custom' option.

Thank you, musikbear! I must have used this function once because I have a very old track where the arpeggiator was synced, but that was close to ten years ago and I forgot how I did it or how it worked. That'll be another tip to add to my sticky notes.
