I'm a bit new to LMMS but I freaking love this program. It's simple, yet powerful.

Is it possible for me to use an audio mixing console with LMMS? Like plug in an audo mixer and be able to use it with LMMS?

I'm guessing you'd be good to go if your setup does things through MIDI control channels. Right clicking on your dials or whatever should bring up the menu that lets you connect them.
