In the general configuration sub-menu, I find a lot of presets for chords and arpegios.
Some of them sound well, like 5, but most of them not.
So is there a way I can build my own chords and save them ?

For instance do-mi (3), do-fa (4), do-sol (5) sound well.

No. Closest way: LMMS 1.3 alpha, use the pattern-export feature, export the patter, re-import in any project and pitch shift.

Those are standards. but you need to understand the basics og music-theory to use them. some will only work as minor, some as major, depending on the scale you have chosen!
