Just like sample tracks you can resize them
but it works at midi tracks
Its an good feature for midi editors tho

I'm not sure if I understand you right. Have you ever tried Ctrl-A, then Shift-Drag the end of the first note within a MIDI sequence?
That being said we don't really "need" MIDI track resizing, do we? With incoming ghost note support and the way LMMS works... but again, in that sense no DAW needs MIDI resizing. Only MIDI editors, perhaps?
