Hi,
I’m Marco, author of”Logic Pro X, from idea to final mastering”

I’m on the way to collect effort in order to start a new book, and I think will be related to LMMS, In order to teach how to create pro song with also very old computers.
If you have suggestions pls write in here…
I will be also more than happy to use your projects as sample in case you wish to share them.

No specific suggestions. Would recommend you check out soundcloud for LMMS-made mixes. I would recommend these songs for a quick listen- top quality music can be made in LMMS. You can also check out the Best Of LMMS volumes.
Do mention the ability to create custom themes and download them from the lmms.io sharing platform- it's something a lot of people like, but is forgotten anyways.

I'll wait for your book because my laptop is dying, but all my projects were done on it, and I don't want to stop. I have read many books about it, and all of them are similar. I want to know new information, and I hope your book will give me what I need! To be honest, I have a book addiction

I can always tell a good book from a bad book.

How a book should be a help for a 'dying' labtop is beyond me..🙃
What you must do instead is to backup all you current work!
On a USB-disk, Make the same folder-structure you now have on your labtop, and then copy everything from labtop-LMMS to that USB-disk.
If you have a large enough Cloud-storage, you could use that instead of the USB-disk

Tell us what OS you have on your labTop, and we will tell you
Where to find the files If you have a default installation!!
And All OWN folders that must be backed up
(I would actually also like to know what you consider a 'dying' labtop to be? )

great idea, i like it. I also have some interesting ideas for writing a book, but my plans have been postponed indefinitely due to my academic studies. We are too kind to users, we allow editing of topics, but that is abused to inject malicious and or advertising later. Annoying and time-consuming!
