That message will appear if you have some rigid apple control enabled. You ought to be able to find a button way out to the right, with something like "Install anyway".
Apple is with NO doubt the most rigid and user hostile platform for EVERYTHING. In fact they attemt blockage of ANY type of installing that is not done in appStore.
You may need to find that setting and change it..
