Is there any plugin that lets you record audio directly into LMMS? It's kinda annoying having to go into audacity all the time to record vocals.

What you're looking for is like a sampler VST, but with the ability to record samples into it.
All sampler VSTs (non-recording ones at least) need to have the source audio file somewhere in the computer and they only modify that. So, if there is a recording sampler, it is probably difficult to find, and will probably create an associated audio file in your computer.

Just want to ask you, if you are aware of swapping applications with Ctrl+TAB?
Audacity and LMMS can be swapped with just one keypress, in that way you are really using Audacity as a VST, and recording is a breeze

Maybe they can be swapped with Ctrl-Tab, but each time you make something you need to save it and then reload it in sample track. It's time-consuming and a long way of doing things. This method is obviously recommended as the most typical way to do it, and is slightly more unlikely to give any bugs compared to VST method, but is far from efficient.
