2. Same functionality as Shift+up/down arrow keys. What do you mean by half a step?
3. Already exists. See point 2. Shift+arrow keys.
4. That's not a presets selection button, that's a "Show me the next/previous instrument in my song editor" button...
5. Already possible. Should work.
- Not sure if fxb/fxp to xpf is possible, because I believe different VSTs store fxps in different ways. Try the buttons

which I have circled, they should let you navigate fxp presets in some VSTs.
6. is a plugin specific problem, I think, not LMMS. Can you try with the mda piano VST here and see if you can reproduce it?
