Just edit your post and delete what bothers you, then save it.

You are actually not supposed to, and it is really bad action, if the question already has comments. The comments or replies get to 'hang' in mid air in a really odd fashion. The only threads that are being completely removed are spam-threads, or other threads that are against the rules :)
