No me cargan los proyectos

Ultimamente al momento de abrir algun proyecto que estoy desarrollando. el programa me da el aviso de que mi proyecto, "aparentemente contiene errores y que por lo tanto no puede cargarse". No he podido encontrar una solucion a este problema y agradeceria enormemente que si alguna persona sabe como puedo solucionarlo por algun medio posible, me lo haga saber.

Lately when opening a project that I am developing. the program gives me the warning that my project "apparently contains errors and therefore cannot be loaded". I have not been able to find a solution to this problem and I would greatly appreciate if anyone knows how I can solve it by any possible means, please let me know.

project "contains errors and therefore cannot be loaded".

That is a message that is shown when the current projectfile is corrupted. That is very distressful, but LMMS has two safe-guards against loosing projects!

Ese es un mensaje que se muestra cuando el archivo de proyecto actual está dañado. Eso es muy angustioso, ¡pero LMMS tiene dos medidas de seguridad contra la pérdida de proyectos!
