It is possible to use LMMS plugins in other Daw's? For example LMMS Equalizer.

Not possible. Plugins are written in Qt, C++, not in VST SDK format. Someone would have to rewrite plugins from ground up.
Try: ReaEQ, from the Reaplugs plugin package. It's more powerful than LMMS-EQ and exists as a VST. Alternatively try the EasyQ equalizer which is available on this page. Not as powerful as ReaEQ, but somewhat simpler controls, if it's slightly more confusing to get.
Check these out. See if they work for you. They're well-known unlimited band parametric EQs.
