I cant play that video and I am confused.
What do you ask for?
How to make that specific vst sound?
If so mark a very typical place in the video where the sound is most dominant

The track uses the sound, of a small tribal drum, and a shaker sound.

There are no tribal-drum, but several shakers
Use LMMS' token-search in sidebar, and type shaker

Lmms has a good handful of shaker sounds as musikbear mentioned above. But if you are looking for tribal drums, you might have to search the internet, for free tribal drum soundfonts, or free tribal drum sounds. Look for some that sound good.

I don't know if he used a synth or a sample, but you can use a synth vst to make that sound. But it will take some time, to make it sound like the one in the track.
