VSTi automatically resets when exporting

I am using Collab3 vsti from here: https://sampleson.com/collab3-free-tonewheel-organ.html

It has a "rotary" setting which defaults to 1, other options are "off" and "2". Every time I export the track, it resets to 1. Is there any setting in LMMS which needs to be changed so it doesn't reset the settings of the VSTi?

No, some VSTs are made in a non-std way, and they fail in LMMS. however you could try this hack:

No, some VSTs are made in a non-std way, and they fail in LMMS. however you could try this hack:

Thank you so much! It worked, but the catch is to use an automation track with linear progression and not discrete progression! For some reason it didn't work with discrete progression and I couldn't figure out why for hours!
