What happened to the right-click to undo in piano roll?

I'm using Version 1.2.2 on Linux
There used to be the ability to undo a note in the piano roll by right clicking on the note. Now, you have to click the eraser specifically and then click the note, then click on the pencil again to be able to get back to working. This takes a lot of time when you're not sure how you want your project to sound. Is it some setting I have to enable now? Do other people have this still but mine is just bugging? Thank you.

You should still be able to right click to erase the note. Check if your right click is working or broken. This is not supposed to happen, right click is still supposed to erase.
Also, the technical term is "erase". Undo, or Ctrl-Z, simply reverses the last action. Erase, or right click, deletes a note. Just saying, this'll help you when searching or asking for help/information in the future.

You are on Linux, that is fine, but are you using our appImage?
https://lmms.io/download#linux
If you use a
distro-version, you have no guarantee that it is safe!
Right-clicking a note in appImage does remove that note, also in 1.2.2 official
Besides that, since you are new in Forum

My right click is working still, I use it to "open in piano roll".

Hmm... double click can be used to open piano roll, by the way. Much more useful.
This looks like a bug, OP. Try reinstalling LMMS.

Nae.. That is the
context-options, and one of those is
open-in-piano-roll
I feel you confuse notes and clips.
Clips or segments are the note-
containers inside
song-editor! They are
not deleted with a right-click!

Notes are MIDI-events inside
Piano-roll! They
are deleted with a right-click!

musikbear, he has not confused, you have gotten confused. He is saying, his right click is working because he opens his context menu with it. but he cannot erase notes inside a piano-roll with right-click. He says he had this ability before, but not now. Clearly, this looks like a bug, and needs a reinstallation, probably.
