New Song

I wish the volumes would stop jumping around on certain tracks when I export my songs to wav. EVERY TIME, a snare drum changes volume or something. I guess I can't complain. I am a BROKE mf and am LITERALLY using ALL freeware: LMMS, free VSTs, loops and samples

Have you perhaps tried to pre-render some sections and use sample tracks instead directly using CPU-hungry VSTs? I mean like this user did it here: viewtopic.php?p=78220#p78220
It seems to be a clever technique when working with huge projects.

Interesting problem. What settings are you using when exporting to wav?

44.1 k, 24 bit integer, sinc medium, no oversampling, using loop markers

don't want to sacrifice sound quality or ability to change things later
