Whenever inserting a youtube, drive, soundcloud etc link, it never embeds. However, whenever the moderators (brandystarbrite, musikbear, etc) send a post with a link or quote a post, it embeds properly and we can see it. I don't know if moderators can see embeds if I send a youtube link, eg:
But I cannot see it embedded, when I send it. I cannot see link embeds when other people send them, too. However, when moderators quote/send links I can see them just fine.

I can confirm this! I also noticed this weird behaviour of emedded videos.

Hehe.. That seams to be correct.
I made some experiments, and my idea came up short..
looks like embedding media is regarded as a security issue, and that the forum-engine is restricting the direct-link option to mods.
Doubt anything can be done
