Venom TB 303 not working with LMMS

Hello!

I am trying to use Venom TB 303, a TB 303 emulating VST, in LMMS. However, because all of my keyboard keys are synced with the keyboard, it plays noise instead of programming whenever I press on my keyboard. Is there a way I can get it to work? I greatly appreciate anyone who might take the time to help!

It seems its almost working, but I can figure out how to start and stop the plugin. (without using the mouse)

The manual talks about key on your midi controller.

I managed to get some sound out of it, by using A5 and B5

But it does not make much sense to me.

I 'looked' at it..
There are several odd things with this plugin.
I am almost sure that a lot of dials and buttons simply have NO functionality. They are only graphics!
The dev has taken a picture of the hardware, and imposed functions on some of the controllers!
For LMMS relevance the button that stop and start the sequencer is B6
Everything else, is a question of internal design and functionality of this VST, and is not related to the functionality in LMMS. All LMMS -dials in the VST-button array works 100%.
Look for tutorials ao a manual for this plugin, if you want to use it.

This plugin may be the most complicated i have seen!
The programmer has chosen a 1:1 emulation of the Hardware, meaning that the usage depends on holding down controls, and simultaneous press another button.. !
MMmmm.. That leads to an obvious question: "Where did i put my second mouse!"
And that is indeed a valid one, but not for the dev. His answer is: "You must use a MIDI-controller, with lockable keys, if you want to use my plugin"! 🤷‍♂️

The plugin is discontinued. The dev wont continue and wont bugfix. That is why this 303 is available as freeware.
