Tempo change causes sample track audio to be out of sync

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
I've been trying to do a project with multiple tempo changes but the sample track for my vocals goes out of sync after tempo changes.

When playing from before the tempo change, the audio works fine but the visual is out of sync with the audio, but if I try to play after the change, it plays the track per the out of sync visual.

I don't know if that made sense. If I need to re-explain, let me know.

No you explain it fine, and it is a well know 'issue', but not a bug.
Audio-files needs to be stretched accordingly to the tempi used.
A few DAW can recalculate this and make the adjustments on their own, other needs the user to markup the wave-clip and set a new BPM for the clip.
Unfortunately LMMS atm cant do neither. You need to use an other program and export the new wave-clip to LMMS after you have changed BPM.
The most used program is Audacity, but there are other programs.
