Hi !

I plan to buy a Akai MPK mini MKII (http://www.akaipro.com/kb/article/1608)
Will I be able to use it with LMMS ? The keyboard, the pads etc...
I'm on Windows, running the latest version of LMMS

If you plan to buy in a store, you should be able to ask for a demo with lmms, or they should lend you one, for a test at home - That will not be so, if you buy online

I have an MPK25 and all the pads, wheels, controllers, and toggles work well in LMMS. My only gripe so far is that I can't effectively assign the pads to a different synth or to individual drum samples, they just play different notes on the same channel as the keys. Also, I haven't figured out 'transport control'.

Hey everyone, I'm also interested in getting the Akai MPK Mini MKII. Have you guys had any more luck with making it work with LMMS since the last posts? I'm curious if you were able to make any more progress--I'm not sure if I want to get it if the drum pads don't work. Thanks!
