It looks like it's an bad idea but it would be useful for Extratone and Hypertone producers
And people can also see what does 1000+ bpm looks like or sound like?

I think I've seen this suggestion before. It's been suggested multiple times, associated with decimal tempo too.
For extratone or hypertone users, I suggest they check out the "Quantisation" and "zoom" options.
