So I tried using Proteus VX in LMMS, and it just keeps making an annoying buzzing sound. Help?

has to do with versions of steinberg 'kits'.

Probably a bug. Filing a bug on our tracker is a good start, thanks. Here's the cross-link to it for those not familiar with GitHub #2440

Disclaimer, these VST bugs haven't had a lot of movement recently and we have quite a few open VST bug reports which are plugin-specific so your bug report may eventually be consolidated into a VST compat-type bug report. Thanks for the information.
