hi. i was wondering if i can make a note that will slowly change its pitch (like in sirens but slower)

Yes you can do that is more than one way.
For One-shots eg a single note, you can use two ways:
* Automation: Simply insert an automation-track, drag the PITCH dial into the track, and draw a curve

* Detune Pitch-method.
All LMMS instruments that are not using VST can be pitched with the detune-tool

But both these methods are tedious, if more than one note need to be pitched. It can be done!, because both automation-clips and detuned notes can be copied can be copied and preserve the detune effect (if you need a video explaining -let us know).
For all-notes-pitching you need an instrument with a pitch-envelope. There are no native LMMS-instruments that have that, so you would need to use a VST
