Plugin for making voice sound robotic?

Is there a plugin that would make a voice sound like a robot? I haven't found anything in the stock plugins that does this.

You're looking for a Vocoder, which is available in stock FX.
However, one vocoder alone may not do the trick. Try multiple in a chain, possibly combined with an autotuner and pitch-shifter (pitch-shift it down a few).

For getting a recorded phrase converted to robotic, you could also use an online converter, and simply insert the output as a sound-file

It's not a plugin, but you can use audacity, to make your vocal audio sound robotic.
