Hi I would like to reduce some part in order to align the parts as in the example



On the tutorial, I did think I found the solution:

LMMS cant cut blocks.
The work-around is to;
Open the block in piano-roll.
Select all notes you do want to use
Open a new empty block
Copy the notes you have in memory into the empty block
Delete the block that was to large
Move the new block into the position of the former block.
It is a bit cumbersome, but works.
The function of SH+Íns/ SH+Del is to move all blocks that are either downstream or upstream of playhead in songeditor, but they will not change size.
Let us know if you need a video.

Alternatively, delete the notes you don't want and move everything on the right of it to the left a few bars. Slightly less risk of data loss, it seems to me. A cut-feature for piano roll has been requested.
