Mouse Issues

For some reason I can't function the mouse. When I scroll over anything, nothing highlights. I can click on menu items at the top and get the drop-down menus. I also can open folders on the side like my samples. But I can't get open up any instrument folders or adjust settings, nothing. I've used this a lot on many different computers and even tried more than just 1 mouse. Any mouse has this problem. Is this a pc issue or a program issue?? Mouse keys work on everything else!

This is an old pc since mine went down for good....it works for now...like dial-up internet!
Windows XP Home, SP-3
LMMS 0.4.15

I think it's an issue with the pc cuz sometimes the buttons don't function...I'll click on something and the program or i-net page fades out as if I opened a new window. And once in a while my i-net will revert a page or 3 back just by scrolling over the page!

I miss my setup. Everything was dialed in and worked most every time, but for a few latency problems....

First thing is the lmms- version -but i doubt that it is the reason

Remember to backup all your own stuff, then do a complete un-install, Normally nothing of your own stuff are gone after an un-install, but its best to be safe! Then run the lmms installer for 1.1.3. Point it to the same folder you use before, and everything should go fine
1.1.3 works perfectly with xp sp2 & sp3, so thats not an issue
