Song Editor & Beat+Bassline track display issue

Hi LMMS forum,
After using LMMS for a while whitout any issues, I have a problem with the way tracks are displayed in the Song Editor and Beat + Bassline.
The 'Mute this track' and 'Solo' buttons are cut off and the name of the track does not appear at all. Changing the window size does not help.
I noticed having this problem a few days ago when I was still using LMMS v1.1.0, so I looked for a newer version and discovered that 1.1.3 was out. I uninstalled the older version and installed version 1.1.3 hoping it would fix it, but it didn't
.
Does anyone here a clue as to why this is happening and how to fix it?
