Im on Arch Linux, using wine to install OTT and CamelCrusher and put the dlls in the VST folder

I tried getting synth1 to work, but that wont work either, same issue.

on the latest version of lmms and wine in the aur/arch repo

That sounds like a bug, but to make sure i need you to test MDA-piano
That is kind of 'proof-of-concept for VST2

Create a bug-report for Arch here:
https://github.com/LMMS/lmms/issues/new/choose
Follow the directions, and do use the template.

You could try the applmage version.

You can just leave the version form the arch repositories installed.

Backup your project though, just to be safe.

I am on openSUSE tumbleweed, and the 1.3 alpha is applmage is working fine here.


Arch and Tumbleweed are both rolling releases, so I am optimistic the applmage version will work for you too.

Download the file then check if its executable.

Then double click the file to start LMMS.
