I just bought an Akai MPK Mini MK3. Is there any way I can map my drum samples to the pads?

As lmms puts every drum sound on its own track, there is no simple way. For that to work, you would either need a soundfont that has drums within one channel on different keys, or configure your controller to control different midi channels with each of the pads. Even if the later is possible, you will still only have 16 channels.
The more effective but also more tricky way is to use the min and max thingies above the virtual keyboard in the instrument window to limit each and every drum sample to its own key. This feature is only available in the beta build iirc.
