Can't open VST plugins though VeSTige/Wine on OpenSUSE Linux

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
I use LMMS 1.3.0 on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed. Ever since I installed Tumbleweed I haven't been able to use my VST plugins through VeSTige, which I was able to do on my old Linux Mint installation on the same computer. When I run the appimage through the terminal, this is what I get:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
vcuum@linux:~/Downloads/Appimages> ./lmms-1.3.0-alpha.1.102+g89fc6c9-linux-x86_64.AppImage
Carla appears to be installed on this system at /usr/lib[64]/carla so we'll use it.
Jack appears to be installed on this system, so we'll use it.

Note: This happens with both the 1.3.0 alpha AppImage and the stable 1.2.2 AppImage.

Using the version of 1.2.2 from the OpenSUSE repos has a similar effect:

The unofficial Flatpak version doesn't have VeSTige so it's useless.

Can anyone figure out what's going on and how to fix it?
I am on openSUSE tumbleweed, and installed Geekos Daw.

I have no problem using vst in LMMS.

Appimage version also works fine though.

The easiest solution might be to install Geekos Daw.

https://geekosdaw.tuxfamily.org/en/

Click install, which downloads an ymp file.
Then go to downloads and right click on the ymp file, and pick, open with yast.

After this you should see a Geekos daw menu item, and have a fully working LMMS. :)

Using the official openSUSE LMMS version has given me issues many times, that's why I am now using Geekos Daw.
