Plugins on mac

How do i use plugins on mac?
Afaik there are no options for VSTs plugins on MAC.
You would need a MAC-capable host for VST, and Apple has not made any.
Apple is a closed ecosystem and Apple wants to be paid for anything you use with any Apple gadget. A lot of VSTs are free, and that is in contradiction to the Apple-way
Yes, i am not a fan..
But i am not knowledgeable at all in MAC, so i will talk to our resident MAC-wizard, and come back to you
