I am trying to use the Vital VST for LMMS 1.2.2 on Windows 11 (64 bit). However, when i try loading the DLL through VeSTige or by dragging and dropping it from the left panel, nothing happens: VeSTige still says: "No VST-plugin loaded".
I tried reinstalling both, I tried locating the DLL where the Vital EXE is, I tried restarting the PC, starting LMMS as an administrator, no error messages show up and I don't use an antivirus.
I tried looking it up on the internet and no solution worked for me. I'm completely lost, is there anything I can try?
I have a similar problem with LMMS. I have tried several .dll plugins throughj Vestige and nothing happens.
I am on Windows 10 home, LMMS 1.2.2.
Thanks.

First we need to make surer that both of you can use VST in general
If you know other VSTs does work it is not necessary but else try MDA-Piano https://plugins4free.com/plugin/201/
It is very small in size, and you can just copy its dll to your VST-folder. Further its a quite good piano-instrument, so it is a win win
Then if that works, you should follow:
And do that for Vital files
Lets know the outcome :)

lmms version 1.2.2
vital version 1.0.7
windows 11 ich bekomme vital einfach nicht zum laufen, wenn ich über vstige vital öffnen möchte kommt nur kein vst plugin geladen.
Andere vst plugins hab ich auch probiert, aber kein einziges plugin wurde geladen.
-----------
I just can't get vital to work. When I try to open vital via vstige, no vst plugin is loaded.
I also tried other vst plugins, but not a single plugin was loaded.

Did you follow the instructions in the post above?
What Embed-selection do you have for VST?
If still no luck:
Vital does work on win10, so it could be interesting to see what happens if you try to run win11 in win10 compatibility mode.
