Will there be a new stable version this year?

there is a desire for a new stable version. Is it possible that we will see it this year?
Yes, I know the project is slow and voluntary.

Not really sure about that, I haven't seen any official news regarding this topic, so we just have to wait.

They strive to meet development milestones and release stable versions as soon as they are deemed ready for public use.
