Tedious, yes but also only alternative.
However LMMS
has a helper for that
First you must set piano-roll Quantification Q to 1/192, that is the smallest increment-steps.
Now mark all the notes where you want to change length
Move the cursor to the right-end of a note. The screen-icon should change to a double-arrow.
Press & Hold SH and drag everything to the right
Not only will all notes resize but also the space between the notes (rests) will scale
proportionally
Make sure the size of the notes has a quantification that fits your idea, and the music will be perfectly scaled
