Creating a beat track for a guitar track..

Hey guys, I've just discovered LMMS and I've been watching alot of video tutorials on YouTube, but I honestly don't understand what anything in this program is and if what I need is possible. My question is this; I have a guitar track (.wav) that I recorded in another program and I would like to create a drum track for that guitar track. I have no idea where to begin and what to do in LMMS. Any help is appreciated, thanks
PS: I have downloaded the drum sounds that I need.

@AntsInThePants I'm a guitar player that is learning using LMMS - so I'm happy to share what I've learned so far - I'll send you a direct message and leave it with you to take it any further or not. It's been a great program and I've learned from this forum too
